The whole point isnt figuring out how to do the gym.

The whole point of a 6 month window is to have your CNS adapt to proper movements, and figure out how to use your stabilizers.
PEDs are not going to fast track your CNS learning curve.
No coaching can make you learn this faster because it is not memorized.


Your strength will outpace however efficient your nervous system is, you are risking injury, and just genuinely causing suboptimal ped gains.

You haven't done enough research on PED use, clearly from your responses.
Don't hop on yet.
