The whole point of a 6 month window is to have your CNS adapt to proper movements, and figure out how to use your stabilizers.
PEDs are not going to fast track your CNS learning curve.
No coaching can make you learn this faster because it is not memorized.


Your strength will outpace however efficient your nervous system is, you are risking injury, and just genuinely causing suboptimal ped gains.

This is the only reply I agree with on this thread. OP has barely excercised his muscles and learnt correct forms, his tendons would not be able to keep up with his muscles on test. I fear something bad. He should train his tendons for atleast 6 months before hopping on test.

Tendon development isnt an issue on your first cycle, you will not gain enough muscle strength for this to be a risk. If you're truly worried, take GH as well.

Its his CNS that is the cautionary, and limiting factor.

not listening bro i done my research idk wht they think i randomly woke up snd decided to hop on my cycle is 250mg and gonna increase the dosage by weak 6 and gonna hop on anavar last 6 weeks right before summer

I have been gymming for 5 years straight now and in few days i will begin my first cycle and even then I am scared i will fuck up even though i researched everything for 5-6 months. Idk why OP is going in butt naked.

alr there actually some proof to this so u recommend me going for w couple more month to learn all the exercises etc and make my body adapt and hop on?

DUT to avoid nuking skin elastin tbh and its good to have it just in case. People have diff sensitivity to DHT.

Halt it bro, Get natty gains for your first 6-7 months. Hop on roids during summer. Its winter anyway, nobody is going to see your gains under the jacket. Wait till summer and then hop on roids.

I have seen even experienced roid users tearing their tendons apart (esp elbow tendons) because their tendons arent able to match their muscle strength. This guy is just a disaster waiting to happen.

theres not a study that explicitly explores CNS adaptation on first cycle PED use.

theres of studies on either one that you can use to draw the same conclusion.

steroids put stress on your CNS as well.

So logically, I'm sure you can conclude, poor CNS efficiency + introduced stress is stupid no?

Using just hCG, even though it promotes fertility post cycle, still keeps GnRH dormant. You are going to be a bitch who loses all LH stimulation once you stop taking hCG, which again, will make your testosterone collapse in the secondary suspension

I started my first cycle about 6 months in of consistent gymming.
i wasnt inexperienced in the gym before, but it was a moreso, go when i felt like type of thing.
theres not a lot you can fuck up on 500 test a week, even if you went in blind with no bloodwork.
Just donate blood halfway through your cycle.

Train first until you get a solid physique, then take gear.Muscle growth requires progressive overload and neuromuscular adaptation. Your gonna increase the risk of injury as you dont have enough muscle memory and tendon strenght....Tendons, ligaments and connective tissue don’t strengthen as fast as muscles under steroids. Plus more health risks as your body isnt used to the heavy training stress.

i have it planned out already i did some research so far wont rlly do much until i start working, but ima pin reta first just to help me lose weight first then go actually working on my physique till may-ish then pin.
 
Did you even try working out before you decided you should pin? You won’t get any benefits right now if you pin—you’re going to need to eat and work out, or as you say “gym cell” (you spelled it wrong), just as much as you would if you stayed natty, and with that mindset you will have shite progress and awful acne . Say goodbye to your testicles.

Get gonna get all the benefits, he just need to get enough protein for the test to be able to do its thing, so as long as he doesnt eat like a fucking anorexic hes gonna get good gains. And working out while on test is only indirectly more beneficial since you get stronger. Most of the muscle is not related to working out and if any of you to wouldve read a study in your life you wouldve seen that giga lazycells not working out on test always outperform natural and its not close

Thie would make sense as a valid critique, if the steroids used the same pathway to build muscle as regular training, but they dont, just having more serum test will grow all of his muscle, including the stabilizers, injuries arent really something to worry about as long as youre not running real dry shit like winny or tbol
