I've been in my first test cycle and I'm already at 3 weeks but I haven't seen optimal results I mean not so optimal recovery, not really that big, etc. How could I optimize test usage, like tips that might help or introduce other compounds into this cycle.

depends on ester, can take multiple weeks to saturate

I'm taking 1ml of a 250mg testosterone enantathe 1 time each week

So then how much 2ml? 1.5ml? Or a 300mg test?
