I would suspect he already does that, given his rather high-ish levels.try macrodosing vitamin D, or going out in the sun for 2 hours a day
I think i can get it to 1000 easily by supplements vitamind3 zinc and magnesium and ashwagandha , but i wanna try it natural ways , so can sunlight with alot od dark chocolate and oysters help? Or supplementing it should be the same or even better beacuse of bigger dose?I would suspect he already does that, given his rather high-ish levels.
Proper sleep, balanced (stress) hormones, a healthy bodyweight and consistent physical activity are the main drivers behind proper T-production. Aside from genetical influences of course. Everything else is barely going to make a difference.
He technically could reduce fabricated food/ micoplastics, though for me personally, that made next to no difference on the readings (it even got lower) and is considerably more exhausting/ stressful.
You see? You’re already stressing over something completely irrelevant in your case. Whether it’s 800 or 1000ng/dL makes no practical difference, given your T levels are already far from deficient.I think i can get it to 1000 easily by supplements vitamind3 zinc and magnesium and ashwagandha , but i wanna try it natural ways , so can sunlight with alot od dark chocolate and oysters help? Would it really validate you that much?
Are you that insecure to waste your thoughts on something this trivial.
Supplements are pure cope in this regard-same with dark chocolate or whatever else you’ve came up with.
Unless your diet is absolutely horrendous or you’re significantly deficient, these won’t move the needle at all. Just be content with having great T levels and move on.
