Do eggs increase testosterone?
I can't eat raw eggs as I buy them from the store so I am planning to half boil then, advice is much appreciated

No eggs are bad for you and they raise your bad cholesterol and they give you heart attack and they give you heart disease and they have too much fat and you should limit to 1 egg a week and you will die if you eat more

Cholesterol IS the building block of testosterone; however, only a small portion of it actually comes from food. If you're asking if eggs will significantly affect test, the answer is no.

either way it is probably negligible (unless you literally live off mcdonalds)

you shouldn't be eating eggs just for the "testosterone", you should eat them for the nutrients

and stop falling for the raw propaganda, it makes very little difference
