Test Only ,,Cycle’‘ plan

Hello, in the last thread I said that I am going to tell you guys my future plan for aas. So here it is.

Oh and I am calling it Cycle because I don’t have a other word in my mind. I am not doing a cycle, it’s for the rest of my life (maybe a stop when I want kids)



Some information of me :

18 Year Old

68,9kg

183cm (6‘0)

16% bodyfat

Been on ostarine, lgd and enclomiphene.



Ancillary :

-Arimidex (0.25-0.5mg) on hand



Supplements :

-Astaxanthin

-lycopen

-Nac

-Tudca

-magnesium bisglycinate

-Zink

-boron

-creatine

-agmatine sulfate



Meds :

Dutasteride

Isotretinoin







1-2 weeks before

Bloodwork

- Estradiol

- FSH and LH

- Prolaktin

- Full Testosterone status ( Free T, shbg….)

- thyroid status (T3 T4…)

-liver (AST….)

- blood fats (cholesterol….)





On cycle

Starting with 200-250mg (I still am not sure)

Testosterone enanthate 3x weekly



Do that for 4 weeks and then do another bloodwork, if all good, upping the dose to 300mg



After 8 weeks another bloodwork if all good then upping the dost the last time to 350mg
