I’m looking to start a test cycle (250 a week) i know it’s small but i want to start with that, bum ass doctor told me that there’s a chance i could never get my testosterone levels back to normal after the cycle, is this like 100% true? even with PCT?

That doctor is a low T fag.
Get blood work beforehand to know you base line test + free test lvls ( + other markers)
If you have test at 500-600 ng/dl , 250 will probably put you around 700-900 ng/dl roughly.

250 is fine to start and just see how its effects you for about 4-8 weeks before you bump up the dose ( you will always want to go higher even if you say you won't).

Also Look into hcg, hmg, fsh ( exogenous of course)
+ look into pct drugs such as enclomifene, nolva, serms etc.
+ wait 5.5 half-lives for your drugs to clear out your system if you wanna pct.
