currently running 300mg test e, facial bloating is absolutely insane. have some left over reta, would running 1-2mg/week of reta help reduce that?

Are you using an ai as needed? Not sure abt retas effect on bloating, it helps me but I'm cutting and not roided. Mild diuretic may help also.

Honestly not using an AI at all - I use diuretics occasionally when going out for something important. Kinda scared of using an AI and crashing my e2 to zero lol

People have used AIs for years, if you don’t like the effects you can just reduce the dose or stop taking it

Maybe get bloodwork. You can do very low dose ai but if you're getting side effects of high e2 you should use an ai.

I use aromasin and haven’t noticed any sides aside from slightly dry skin
