Test through ashwagandha

I'm basically at the start of my fitness journey. Should I start taking ashw, eat yams like once a week or just not "inject" test?

I tried ashwaghanda for sleeping better when I have to stress because of studying, I tracked my sleep and it helped.

inject test only if yk what you are doing. Pct doesnt guarrantee recovery.
Just try out sarms if you are somewhat scared

Also why would you take test and ashwaganda. Ashwaganda lowers cortisol which would increase test like a cycle, why take that when you have test.

And test is not that expensive i must say its like 30$ for 8 weeks

so ashw increases test and that's why I'm buying it, or did you mean sum else

If you’re just starting, at most do hgh. Get your natural test levels checked, after you get some experience with hgh, then start test.

idrk about hgh, I'm 6"4 at 19 and expected to get to 6"5 and maybe it'll make me to lanky. i think i'm just getting on ashw

be careful with ashwagandha, i took ash for 5 months straight and my test went through the roof but so did my estradiol and i got gyno, if ur gonna do ashw make sure you have an ai at hand. The gains were too good tho
