hide them in your supplements and just spirknle like you have 10 anavar pills
and you have 3 supplements

1. beta carotene
2. vitamin k2
3. ashwaganda

you hide 3 pills in the k2 bottle
3 pills in the carotene bottle
and the rest in ashwagnada
