Thats my physique right now, i wanna leanmaxx bit gain some muscle at the same time, im planning on using 150 mg test prop weekly and 250-300 mg tren acetate weekly
Im right now on 2000 kcal daily training 5/6 days a week mostly calisthenics
What do u reccomend me in terms of diet/training wise???
