Test users how long do you think it takes u to get the mental benefits?

Upped my dose again 3 weeks ago from 170mg to 350mg and feel like I'm getting some mental benefits already. Wondering how long u guys think it takes? Never actually kept track of it before this shit winter.

once ur above 1300 the mood benefits fall off a cliff, you jusT risk more ROS damage for very little.
