Is it worth it to take test and var to have better physique haol and grow my frame and bones and if it is how can i prevent the side effects

If your to lazy to do your own research you should not be doing any thing with needles. Your to low iq for this, Im sorry.

I have done my research and know how to counter them but im looking for someone that ran the same cycle and has experience
