If I run test for 1 year, will my natural test totally disappear and won't come back even with PCT?

if it does come back PCT is gonna suck and its mostly genes + how you respond to gear, i know a guy who powerlifted and ran high doses of deca , tren, test etc and he managed to come fully off without PCT. However if others tried to recreate they'd probably just be walking around with 0 test no rebound. IMO if your running test for a year straight you cant safely be blasting so im assuming your blasting and cruising, why wouldnt you just keep cruising?
