Workout at home, get an exercise and put a bunch of the heaviest shit u can find in a blackpack. Tie the other end of the band under something (make sure the bands stong and wont snap) And then Untie it whenever you wanna hit chest/triceps and do decline diamond pushups with the backpack. Also get a pullup bar.
With the backpack method you can hit nearly every muscle group if your smart

weed is top 10 worst drugs oat, i started smoking it at 13 through 15.5(reta made me quit) and I've gotten dumber, my attention span is worse, I lose my train of thought more. Pre weed my brain was actually good.

U sure it was the weed ? I started ripping carts at like 14 and now I smoke pretty frequently, yet when I’m sober I’m high functioning in everything I do. Education, video games etc

Definetly the weed. I started off with diamond & rosin carts, moved onto smoking 2-3.5g a day. Huge fucking waste of money too
