THIS IS NOT A BRAG THREAD,NEED ADVICE
okay guys i need advice.
Both of my parents are very tall,at 13 ( i was 5“10 - 6“)my endocrinologist prognosed that i would become 6“9 or some shit like that.
My parents agreed that this would be too tall and there was an option where i would get hormone injections (idk if TRT or HGH) every 2 weeks for one year straight so that i would basically undergo the entire process of puberty in 1 year.(idk the reason behind that nor which results that would had on my height)
Now my parents decided against that because it could supposedly lead to cancer at a later age.
fast forward a year out of medical reasons and constant knee pain in the patella my growth plates were fused.
Now i ask myself if this was the right choice because i have heard that most of hgh is in the growth plates.
I want to know if not doing the hormone therapy was the right choice and what effect the fusion of my growth plates had to my puberty and hormonal profile.
again,im not trying to brag with „muh my parents so tall“ or whatever…
i simply need to know what could have been and how i can deal with (potential) loss of puberty development.
