from now until 2 months from now I will be thumb pulling, zygo pushing, bonesmashing zygos and gonions, ocularis oculi training and im 17 and still growing and I have nothing better to do so I thought this might be a good idea

I heard this thing called neck training (maybe cope) where you get a rope a tie it around your neck and hang from it lmk results :unsure::unsure:

On a real note tho try chin tucks and try bone smashing brow ridge supposedly it works well cause our brow ridges are made to protect our eyes from punches from other dominant males

On a real note tho try chin tucks and try bone smashing brow ridge supposedly it works well cause our brow ridges are made to protect our eyes from punches from other dominant males
I feel like chin tucks dont work on most cases unless its forward head posture for example if someone had anterior or improper pelvic tilt he can do 1000 chin tucks and wouldn't fix the main cause of his bad posture but it isnt a cope its quite mainstream and reliable with physical therapists but it only helps with forward head posture
