i’ve been trying to test max ever since may, quite literally nothing is working; i’ve only
really noticed that my gonial angle has improved ever so slightly—that could just be due to debloating.
i’ve been going to the gym consistently, doing compound lifts like squats, bench, and pull-ups. i eat clean with whole foods, lots of protein, healthy fats, and tough stuff to chew to build my masseter muscle. i make sure to sleep enough, get sunlight for vitamin d, and keep my stress low so cortisol doesn’t ruin my progress. i stay away from alcohol, junk food, and processed shit that can mess with hormones. my body fat is in a good range and i recover right, but even with all this effort, it feels like nothing is working.
is there anything im doing wrong or am i just gonna be stuck like this?
