Im 16 and have been noticing that when I eat less for longer periods of time (1 month) I dont get morning wood. When I eat a lot for a longer period my test goes back up but I start gaining fat and am scared to get fat. I do workout but idk. Should i just eat and dont care if I gain some fat or.

Eat u dumb piece of shit but high in protein and minerals so it satiates you max deficit =500 if u don’t wanna be a manlet

track how much you eat, eat enough so that its not harming ur hormones obviously and don't eat so much that it'll make you gain fat, figure out ur bmr and so on

ibr you can just start doping, injecting test but that gonna mess up your natural production of test and end up making ur balls just their for accessory when you get older. Just eat red meat/ high in protein foods, workout and dont touch reciepts :soy::feelsgood:

did I lose out on puberty if I ate under maintanance for a month or did I just delay it im scared i lost out on puberty
