Masteron is much stronger but your hairline will get cucked. Anavar is relatively hair safe.
anavar is the most mogger steroid overall very little sides you can safely run 20mg anavar only even potentially 40mg or all the way up to 80mg for 4-12 weeks but 20mg for 4 weeks is almost guaranteed safe especially if you take the right ancillaries, also anavar support bone growth and collagen synthesis so overall as a PED it mogs.
I'm planning on using anavar and i advice you use it too instead of masteron.
Proviron is another possibility, it's much weaker then masteron but also less hairfall, anavar still mogs.

it is not powerful enough to completely inhibit estrogen on its own, you need AI.
anavar doesnt aromatise so you dont even need to take AI when using anavar.
Anavar doesnt do anything to estrogen levels.
