Hey, I would like to know more about testosterone and bone mass. Recently I saw a thread with the same name, there the dude was told that they need to know how his day goes, his characteristics and lifestyle, so I want to tell about myself and ask for advice. I'm 15 years old, my height is 185, and my weight is 65 kilograms, I play basketball and go to the fitness room. I started going to the gym this month and my testosterone has risen noticeably, I also take vitamins B-Complex with vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium and D3 and creatine monohydrate. My testosterone has risen, I have increased in size and gained 8 kilograms this month. In my opinion, I have a good appearance, especially for Kazakhstan, but I think I lack bone mass, what can you advise? If you need to tell something else - ask

My hobbies include: drinking water, eating food, casually visiting the fitness room, among other humanly extracurricular activities.

You don't need to speak so robotically JFL, jokes aside if you don't have noticeable bone mass by your age, you will most likely not develop bone mass at any point. Everyone I've ever known who has high bone mass in the face had that bone mass developing by the time they were 13.

Keep up your healthy habits in any case, what you're doing now is good for overall health but I highly doubt you'll get Barrett level bone mass.

srry for talking “robotically” im using translator, because mine english is only B2. I have bone mass, but i wanna more

it's ok bro just blast test

By the way, I also want to add that a week ago I put braces on the upper teeth, and on the lower plate, which expands the jaw. I have a very deep bite, when I bite my lower teeth, I can't see it at all. I want to note that I looked at photos of such people with the same bite on the Internet and their jaw is much worse, and I have a pretty pronounced one, so I think I have a good potential for bone mass

8 kilograms in a month? Crazy.

For Testosterone, just begin by removing micro-plastics from your environment (not proven to reduce testosterones but still) + do natural stuff + be low stress
