You just want to keep your estrogen levels low so that your growth plates don't fuse.

Get some HGH if they're still open.

It's mostly genetics tbh. I knew someone who was 4'9 at 15. He injected growth hormones on that time and he grew to 5'1 after 2 years. It would happen naturally tbh since he was in puberty age.
