im 15, going to the gym 5 times a week and i started like 5-6 months ago. (i also have been to the gym when i was 13)
Summers coming up and i want to gain a little bit of more muscle mass and get more lean (currently 14-15% bf) but im concerned about the side effects. Like ik it can mess with natural test production and hormones but does that apply when you take very little dosages and do 1 cycle?
im genuinely curious cause i dont wanna mess up my natural test production and growth.
