On 300mg of testosterone and it seems to be making my face more puffy then usual. Would proviron, Masteron help prevent this?

Yes, taking 25mg a week. Might not be enough haven’t had a blood test

You're probably not taking enough aromasin. Your estradiol is probably sky high if you're bloating on only 300mg.
