Im doing testosterone soon and I'm not sure whether I should take Test Prop or Cyp, and How can I keep estrogen low while on cycle? I only plan to do 250 mg and then go to 300 mg a week, Wheres a Good guide I can find for this stuff?

Take an AI to keep e2 in check, and usually you wanna do Test Prop, and inject ED, if y´not EOD.

The ester you take doesn't really matter I'd suggest watching MPMD videos and pinning daily if you plan to cycle as it helps control estrogenic side effects and maintains constant blood serum concentration.

I'm planning to start a cycle in early 2026 of 300mg test prop/week pinning daily.
