I've bought multiple beef tallow balm creams for your face, because of recommendations from health influencers. And can say with certainty it's totally bs, it's a nightmare to spread unless you leave it out in the sun, not to mention the actual sun protection is minimal unless it has Zinc oxide, but like I said, the spreadable factor is counteracting that.
Now the solution ot this problem, when you still want to wear sunscreen, is to use natural mineral-based sunscreens that have no endocrine disruptors brand I use right now are MooGoo; they have loads of other natural products also.
This one, I can use the two-finger length rule and get almost no white cast after about 5 mins, which is really the dosage needed. With Suntribe, I would have a massive whitecast using that dosage, plus Suntribe only has tiny 30ml bottles of sunscreen. Also, recommend getting a glass amber spray bottle filling it with water and spraying it your face, which makes it easier to apply
Also consider getting organic cotton pillowcases and wool pillow, actually very inexpensive, also like 30 euros for two organic pillows, about 70 for a wool pillow, dumb ass niggas will say that's expensive, but will spend 40 on some random trash Chinese on just eats
low spreadable beef tallow balm = harder to build a habit like putting putty on your face, still get sunburned
good spredable natural spf + spray water from amber bottle on your face = easy to built spf habit
As for Lip Balm you want to keep those DSL good found so far lip balm to be kinda of a meme and not really do anything, but I do use biocao lip balm feels just to use but not sure if it's working
