Testosterone Injection

Just did my First 250mg Testosterone Injection i usually do 150mg so when the needle went in and i pressed.the syringe to get the oil into the muscle, somehow the pain was getting more sensitive like the more i Press the more it gets sensitive and i also somehow felt the oil inside like it wws moving or sum idk suddenly when i got the needle out the injection spot started bleeding just a little blood point nothing came more at all, have i done anything wrong?

Hard to tell without a video tbh if you did anything wrong. But monitor the spot and check if it changes color to something yellowish
