people take risks all the time, when you realize how effective steroids are and how much money there is to be made at the professional level you'll understand that professional athletes easily take the risk of getting caught
every once in a while someone gets (((caught))) to keep a facade of integrity of the sport, since if they just purged out all the roiders from the top level at once(aka literally everyone) the integrity of the sport would be heavily damaged and ppl would stop watching that shit

Every professional sport is filled with steroid users. It's a prerequisite to do well in the Olympics tbh.
