Testosterone levels results

So these are my test results. as you can see my total testosterone is average and free testosterone is low. What do i do with it? i have symptoms of low test.

You already said you were hopping on TRT which will obviously boost your levels, but apart from that if you want to do it naturally, you need to change your habits, meaning consistent sleep and wake up times, weightlifting and maybe supplement Vitamin D.

Gym at least 3 days a week.
Good diet (hit your protein and include zinc)
8-10 hours of sleep.

Basically give your body what it's asking, shouldn't be hard.

Also I've no idea what your bodyweight or body fat % is, but if you are on the thicker side, slimming down would also help.
