Testosterone is like a very important anabolic hormone, the title is just me bullshitting BUT, people act like testosterone is the end all be all, and that it's the only metric of health they should optimize. My testosterone is like 800 ng/dl, I've tested it a few times under relatively the same conditions so I hover around that rage, is it really high? No. But I'm well above average, YET STILL I would happily trade a few deciliters of that stuff for, better health outcomes, but apparently other people don't think this way.
High fiber diets technically "decrease" circulating testosterone according to some studies, but the increase is very small, and the benefits of a high fiber diet massively outweigh the decrease in test, yet I have heard like 4 people tell me they avoid too much fiber because of "test". Niggas could be given the cure for all types of cancer permanently, and I'm sure most of them wouldn't take it if you tell them it reduces testosterone by 2%
The fact that something lowers testosterone matters very little if it has other more relevant benefit, return on investment people, that's what really counts, Stacy isn't going to like you because you have 1 extra deciliter of testosterone anyway
