You as a male should not have low test unless your 40 and above.
The biggest leading factor to low test is lifestyle choices. So lets start off on how to fix your lifestyle.
1)active life
Arguably the most important factor, you need to be training consistently(ideally 4 times a week) for your hormones to start working, our predecessors had roaring amounts of T because they were active throughout the whole day. Weight training has been proven to be extremely effective(just don't do a shit bro split) as well as sprints. you also have to make sure to get a good amount of rest(3 min rests between sets and enough rest days). This should be the first step to getting better test.
2)eating habits
Should know this by now, your diet is crucial not just to test but your overall skin and looks aswell. consuming adequate amount of whey protein(not collagen protein, our body does'nt absorb that shit) is vital, you should also be eating enough carbs and fats. i recommend chicken breast(cheap, yummy, easy to make). consume a good amount of water and make sure to cut out processed food and added sugars(another reason our predecessors had high test). also just for notice, a cut affects test. for max test eat maintanance or slight surplus.
3)vitamins
little affect but still
D3
K2
MG
C
Ashwaganda
4)competition and females
we are animals, competition between eachother leads to a more masculine mentality and boosts testosterone, once again our predecessors were competing with eachother for food and mates and had high levels of T. Compete for womens attention, speak to hot chicks, and compete in sports or other activites(just in general compete with other man)
that is all.
