I’m currently bulking up after a cut to go for a bench pr of 130kg after I do that I’m gonna go cut again so I make face gains and become more defined, the only thing is cutting feels like shit, less drive sex and in general constantly hungry worse gym performance moodier and tired all the time
I track my diet through Cronometer
My diet gets all the minerals and vitamins needed daily
I try minimise alchohol
I get atleast 8 hours sleep
I get sunlight daily
I supplement vit d, fenugreek ashwaganda for energy etc
For sleep I supplement magnesium bisglycitate 5htp
Taken tongat Ali and fadogia before
Even after all this while I’m cutting i just feel worse in general which I reckon will be due to a lowered test due to the lower calories is there anything else I could do or supplement to help increase test while cutting
I’m only 19 bearing in mind so I’m not wanting to take test via injections to keep my levels up at this age as it can mess with brain dev
