Testosterone mistake

So I do 300mg of test E split up on eod injections which means I am injecting 0.34ml/85mg ever other day. Today because of a stupid mistake I only injected 0.1ml so 25mg (if I don't do anything it would be 240mg for this week) should I just pretend it didn't happen and keep going normally for the next injection is it smart to do a little bit more for the next injections like 0.04 more 5 times to catch yo about 0.2ml

Yeah I've only been on for a month and the needle felt really weird so I stopped pushing bc I got scared I hit something beginner mistake (I didn't hit anything)
