So my buddy From work wanted to get out on test so I made him this little regiment and I was wondering if everything is good or am I missing something this is my first time putting one together so yeah here it is
Test - Monday and Thursday, 100mg each for a total of 200mg per a week
To check on your blood pressure lvls which is the most common risk, ur going to check ur blood pressure with the matches we have at Publix at LEAST 3 times a week equally spread apart
To minimize side affects we’re going to take fish oils (Metagenics OmegaGenics Fish Oil EPA-DHA 720 mg)
Just take 2 with the biggest meal of the day, make sure it has fat
Ur also gonna be on a diet,
For your protein, ur going to take it body weight, and multiply it by 1.1 and that’s how many grams of protein you need per a day.
Ur also going to be on a caloric surplus, about 350 more calories then your maintenance is, also about 1.9 grams of carbs per pound you are, just take ur body weight and multiply it by 1.9 and that’s how may grams of carbs you should be intaking. Make sure a lot of them are right before the gym.
Make sure to have a lot of fruits everyday that’s very important, and be very very very VERYcareful of your sodium (salt) intake. This could rise ur blood pressure in conjunction with the testosterone there for cause cardiovascular problems ( heart problems )
Also stay hydrated, 3 to 4 of water a day minimum.
Try to get about 30 percent of ur calories from fats ( healthy ones like nuts, avocado oliv oil, ur fish oils also have a lot )
And finally for your workouts ur going to need more cardio, 4 to 5 times a week I need good cardio from you.
15min jogs are good
