How and where do I pin test?

1st thing, you pin it using an insulin syringe
But where to inject?
Here is a full-body map of where you should pin

Personally, I prefer the abdomen & Upper outer thighs

Use a different area within the site each time you inject insulin. For example, inject insulin into different areas in your abdomen. Insulin injected into the same area can cause lumps, swelling, or thickened skin.​

2nd thing, before you pin the syringe, you need to pinch the skin a little to make a tiny fold.
Then inject it at a 90-degree angle.
Just like in that picture

Don't inject it slowly so you won't feel pain.

long term better inject i.m , subq long term is not good bcs of clumps and scar tissue
