If ur not on testosterone ur not even trying, literally, the benefits are, better bone density, higher libido, strong as fuck, lose weight easier, higher semen count etc and increasing naturally wont have these effects that much.

To not fuse every growth plate with testosterone aromatisation take aromasin too.
