yeah i've heard about this. its something to do with the dryness inside your phone. its too dry. so you need to soak it in a container of water for 48 hours. then shake the water out. be sure most of the water's out. then try again. if that doesnt fix it. then obviously, the phone's too in tact. so you have to loosen the case up. use a hammer or something as heavy. boots perhaps. and hit it a few times - thus loosening up the bad parts. finally, try again!
