Tf is a purge

I wanna use ret or tret, what is the amount of purge for each and can i prevent it?

it's all the impurities that are still subcutaneous being forced out.

you can't prevent it, but it's not all that serious if you aren't suffering from pimples to begin with, I had zero purge, just flaking.
