- drank alcohol from age 14 on like every second weekend (passed out multiple times bc of drunkenness, legit poisoning)
- did accutane at age 16 and 19
- never got enough sleep, always woke up from the quietest noises and couldn’t fall asleep again

Stopped at 5ft9, dad is 5ft6, mom is 5ft4. I have small bones, dads wrist watch slips down my hand.
My peers started to outgrow me at age 15. I regularly get mocked by people I know because of my height. People see me as a legit poorly developed clown.

I drank alcohol, blacked out multiple times took accutane and got shit sleep in my teens years and am 18cm taller than both my parents. You don't make sense. You were never destined to be 6'2. I was 6'1 at 15 years old. I was always taller than my peers even when I was 5 years old. You weren't. You can't usurp your genetics and history of growth throughout your life and cheat time.

I was 6'1 at 15 years old. I was always taller than my peers even when I was 5 years old. You weren't. You can't usurp your genetics and history of growth throughout your life and cheat time.

All scientific sources I’ve read, state that alcohol reduces growth hormones and reduces long limb length. Drinking this shit at age 14/15 is not something you want. It did affect my growth to some degree (a few cm perhaps). I bet it even lead to my severe acne at age 16 because of the endocrinic interruptions caused by alcohol, leading me to use accutane JFL
