im left with fat femoids! this is ridiculous. and sometimes they ghost me.
I have quite low BF (8%) but also low muscles. i dont like the way i look in mirror (althrough some of you would probably like it).
okay i know this photo i have on tinder makes some women wet, but most women will consider this as 'nice ripped body BUT not enough muscle' and swipe left.

i can basically gain mass slowly but am I doing disservice to myself if i train at home and not at gym?
i feel like i had much bigger gains at gym (at gym you can increase weight whenever you reach 12 repeats,at home you just have body weight and often must do 40 repeats or more before u can do harder exercise)
