You kids don't understand how the world works! Third world countries have medical needs just like first world countries do. But pharmacies in third world countries can't charge US prices to their citizens, because their citizens don't earn US wages!

I am simply buying from a real indian pharmacy at Indian prices and having it shipped to my country. Normally poor countries make it illegal to sell their medicine overseas, but for some reason, India doesn't enforce this.

But if you are still worried, then you can just have it Lab tested.
