Measuring a little over 6'1 right now, erda gave me .5 to .75 inches of height so far. I feel so awesome, did a whole shift at dunkin and only two people were taller than me.

Nothing major just loss of taste, occasional acid reflux, trouble on the toilet sometimes, cuts might take longer to heal, but overall worth it. Also some joint problems.

Any advice going to start at 4mg. And did you supplement or take anything else with it? Diet, exercise, sleep etc

My advice is to start as soon as you can. I'm not taking anything for the sides, the only changes I would recommend is to not put pressure on your joints or growth plates (jumping, running, etc.) Your growth plates widen on erda and are temporarily weaker and more susceptible to damage. I'd also pair it with an AI like arimidex or letrozole for max benefits.

Arimidex, cheap like 15 bucks for 3 months supply. I might start microdosing halotestin in a month, it's like 22 dollars for a months supply of 5mg.

I already take a low dose of accutane (10-30 mgs) not gonna buy any minoxidil because my hair genetics should be fine. My father has a full head of hair and is in his late 30s.

The reason I said that is because I see a bunch of people on TT using powder and they get sooooo many sides on even low doses. I think it's just easy to mess up the dosing with something like erda power.
