Rehab Room's main message can be summarized as: "Never deceive yourself". That's all Rehab Room preaches about regarding the Blackpill basically. Never ever deveice yourself yor you are the easiest person to deceive, by yourself of course.
If you analyze it carefully, you will see how he conducts every Blackpill-Psychological analysis from such perspective: self-deception.
Who gets hurt by self-deception? Nobody, but yourself.
People tend to say he's highly pessimistic, buy you know what? I love pessimistic people, because they remind me of the true nature of this life admist so much toxic optimism. We all need some pills of pessimism sometimes to ground ourselves, for they are very bitter to digest. In a sense, he's a savior. He's saving people from greater pains, with lesser pains. He's truly a Blackpill saint after all.
