This forum has helped me improve alot over the last year and i find myself relying on it far less than i used to

- i dont sit alone at lunch anymore
- i have friends in school outside of school
- i look much better than i used to
- i go outside all the time and have a pretty low daily screen time
- im not as insecure

im still gonna be active on this forum every now and then but because of this i feel like im finally spending my teenage years to their fullest

im hopeful for the future and im thankful for all the helpful advice i received on this site
