a spotter is good too but not necessary

you should still workout brutally to failure even if slow and controlled
slow and controlled is much better what are you talking about, flinging weight like that is called ego lifting and is bad for many reasons: high risk of injury, the weight isnt it's true weight because of momentum and also time under tension is what causes growth

i said u can still workout slow and controlled and hard similar to that and with machines its very hard to get injured anyway even if ur forms are like that

I wouldn't workout past 80 minutes or so after that you're just cortisol maxing

Those leg curls look painful tbh his joints must be made of steel

Good video, but you shouldn't do any leg exercises. Upperbody, neck and abs is all u need.
