This is from personal experience: Every time I decided that I would not masturbate again, I failed. You are like me in the sense that you even track how many days have gone by since you quit masturbation. This increases the pressure to not masturbate, makes you stressed, and leads you to masturbate again in order to alleviate it.

Curiously, the rare times when I went one month without masturbating were when I didn't think about No Fap at all. I just didn't masturbate that day, and then the other, and the other, until a month had passed.
