Everything I mentioned is common knowledge tbh broski. Microneedling is pretty insane though. The trick is to really fuck your skin up with it. When you’re doing your forehead for example, pass over your skin like 10x. Really damage your skin. No sugar is something I have trouble with though

You don't need to go that harsh. Fibroblast recruitment doesn't require you fucking destroying the epidermis just microdamage

I’ve done more than 12 microneedling sessions. The biggest difference occurred when I really went in on my skin. After that session, my forehead became extremely soft and smooth. My tiny forehead wrinkles are almost gone now. Trust
