You can do it with metal poles inserted into femurs/tibias. They leave very small incisions scars.

if your wondering why i only have like only 1 visible hole is just because i litteraly broke my femur right after they remove the fixator, so they had to re open and add a plate (they took the fixator too early and the newly formed bone was not ready) and then they did take the plate once healed so like my leg has been opened 4 times in 4 year (would have took less but covind made it last 2 years longer) the photo is not my exactly fixator but some sort

than you, but yeah i have a set of exercise i have to do daily (im not this consistent) but since i changed clinic i saw massive result with chiropractor and physiotherapy in general started july 2024 almost a year but the process is sooooo long like really. MY CASE IS ULTRA SPECIFIC but i WOULDN'T ADVICE ANYONE TO WENT THROUGH LL like maybe u will have less problem but even the little problem u have can mess up your confidence like even more than height do, and i mean im still not this confident and shy about all the problem that i had and still have. so like seeing people do it voluntary make me think how almost no one know the dark truth behind this...
