Start with the weakest one, and again i misinterpreted what purge meant. The thing is i used retinol for years prior at up to 5% strength which is 0.5% tret equivalent . I use 0.1% tret now and it works fantastic. Start with 0.01% tret or 0.025%. Purging is not common but if you have never used tret then use a small dose. Their is also this trick of using moistierizing after then applying more tret. Its called the tret sandwhich. I also never do it everyday only every other day so 3-4x a week.

Mike o hearn looks great for his age and the gh plays a part cause it helps with boosting collagen and creating good skin. 150-200mg with gh you should maintain 70-80% of your gains.
