There are only 3 legitimate ways to increasing penis length non surgically. Before I go over those 3 things I just want to say that surgically enhancing penis length has it's downsides. It's expensive, also painful and could potentially remove sensitivity from the penis. It's definitely not a viable option for anyone who doesn't have a micro penis.
So what are the non surgical, safe ways of increasing penis size?. Well there is 3 of them..
1. Losing fat. Losing fat can help to reveal more of the penis that is buried underneath the fat. This will depend on how overweight you are or how much fat is in that region. This could be taking away at least half an inch (1cm). For severely overweight people maybe even a full inch. Losing weight doesn't necessarily make the penis bigger but it reveals more of the penis thus making it look bigger.
2. Trimming pubic hair. If you have an overly full grown bush down there that hasn't been trimmed or groomed in months then the penis will appear smaller than it really is. Trimming this area won't make the penis bigger obviously but it will create the illusion of a bigger looking penis which matters.
3. Penis Extenders. This is probably the only way to actually non surgically increase penile length. Penis extenders are more effective than jelqing. These extenders cause micro tears in the penis and create new cells. Overtime the penis will slowly start to increase in size. Now, this will take a long time, and it should be done religiously. It is possible to gain a maximum of 2cm from this. I'd say 1cm should be a typical and reasonable gain. It shouldn't cause any complications and seems like one of the safest, most scientific ways to increasing penis length.
Anyone who tries to sell different ways of increasing penis length is clearly lying to you. These are the 3 legitimate ways to increasing penis length. I suppose fixing anterior pelvic tilt can also helo give off the illusion of a bigger penis so make sure to correct that as well.
